Cancellation and alterations:
We would feel sorry if you had to cancel your trip, but cancellation must be made in writing
(email or fax). Alteration before payment is free of charge. However, once the travel starts, any extra payment caused by clients' changes will be added. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable unless it is agreed to by GreatWallVacation. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation. But if cancellation occurs after your confirmation to book the tour, or if you fail to pay the full cost of the tour within the specified time, you will be liable to pay cancellation charges.
If you are due a refund, you first must return your air tickets and, if applicable, cruise tickets to GreatWallVacation or a designated Operator. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in the manner in which payment was made, and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your written cancellation request.

Alteration of Itinerary
1) Before your booking is confirmed, alterations to your itinerary are happily processed free of charge, because

However, alterations after you have received your booking confirmation letter will incur a fee of $ 25 .00 per request, and changes to departure date or destination may incur cancellation fees. overbooked. In this event, you will be offered an alternative departure date or trip. If we are not able to agree upon a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your trip price.

5) Great Wall Vacation reserves the right to cancel or shorten a trip without notice due to Force Majeure, in which event your sole remedy shall be a prorated refund for any unused portion of the trip.
