Invitation

Canton Fair invites overseas buyers by two kinds of Invitation, one is called E-invitation and the other is Paper Invitation Card. With the Invitation, overseas buyers could:

• Apply for Visa to China.
• Get registered and free entry badge to the Fair.

For better serving overseas buyers, and to provide easy pass for your Chinese visa application, necessary information including Buyer's Name, Nationality and Company Name will be requested to list on the invitation, please be kindly noted.

Overseas buyers could apply invitation for Canton Fair through:

• BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool)
• the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre
• the Economic & Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy (The Economic & Commercial Section of the Consulate General) of P.R. China in your region, or contact overseas cooperative organizations of China Foreign Trade Centre
• For Local Representatives without Canton Fair's Invitation for Foreign Company's Representative Office in China, admission fee (RMB300 / person / day) and relevant documents are required.

Visa

Please go to the Embassy or Consulate General of P.R.China in your country with the Official Invitation of the Canton Fair to apply the visa. The official invitation must list the Buyer's Name, Nationality and Company Name.

• Please apply visa to China at your country or regular residence place before arriving in China. （Missions Overseas）
• Buyers who need to leave Mainland China and come back again to Guangzhou during the Canton Fair，may apply for multi-entry visa. If necessary, please contact the Division of Aliens and Exit-Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau (Add: No.155 Jie Fang Nan Road, Guangzhou).
• Fair visitors can also entrust the visa application to China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd. (Add: 1/F., Alpha House, 27-33 Nathan Rd., Kowloon, Hong Kong，Tel: 852-2315 7150, Fax: 852-2315 7292).

Registration

Tips for the Entry Badge (IC Card): If you have got a Buyer's IC Card, please be informed that: The Entry Badge (IC Card) is valid for the upcoming sessions of the Fair, which surely saves your time with an easy access. If you forget to bring the Card or lost it, re-application will cost you 200 RMB/card as service fee.

Buyer Card is the only official admission to the Fair and is available at China Import and Export Fair Complex. However, to save your time and make the registration easier, we now set 31 Overseas Buyers' Registration Office at appointed hotels. And we strongly suggest you to get Canton Fair entry badge in these 31 hotels, considering the registration peak hour that occurs at 9:30am to 12:00am on Oct. 15th, 16th, 23rd, 24th, Nov. 1st and 2nd at China Import and Export Fair Complex. Definitely, it is the best way for you also, for the buyers who stay near these areas, please register in hotels too.
